RD-185 is an adhesion promoter for use with UV and LED curable inks when printing on Glass, Metal, Aluminum, Plastics & other hard to print substrates. RD-185 is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Application Instructions for UV and LED Curable Inks:
- Wear protective gear including Latex or Nitrile gloves and safety glasses
- Use in a well ventilated area
- Apply RD-185 to the substrate with a clean lint free cloth with consistent application covering the full surface of area to be printed and insuring no voids.
- Load the RD-185 prepared substrate into the printer and print image using
UV or LED curable ink
Special Instructions
- It may be necessary to wipe off any film or haze from the product caused by RD-185 primer after it is printed.
