HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MIMAKI SIJ-320UV PRINTER
High Speed Printing on One or Two Rolls
The SIJ-320 printer can print at high speeds up to 1184 SqFt/Hr (110 SqM/h). It can print on a single roll up to 128 inches (320 cm) wide, or on two side-by-side rolls of up to 60 inches (152 cm) each.
Flexibility for Curved Applications
LUS-200 inks can stretch up to 200 percent after curing without cracking, making this combination ideal for transit advertising and curved surfaces.
Variable Drop Printing & MAPS4
The advantage of variable drop printing is most apparent when printing color gradations in light or pastel colors. Mimaki Advanced Pass System 4 (MAPS4) implements printing in a gradational mask pattern to diminish the appearance of banding.
MFD1
Mimaki Fine Diffusion 1 (MFD1, a component in RasterLink6 software) reduces noise generated in image data during processing and enables the production of better results without tone jumps or uneven colors.
NCU & NRS
The Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) checks for potential outages between file runs. The Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) enables continued productivity by assigning operational nozzles as substitutes until an outage can be cleared.
